Elizabeth Adams graduated from Florida State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Child Development. While obtaining her degree she conducted research in elementary schools for the Florida Center for Reading Research, a center devoted to improving state-wide reading curriculum. Elizabeth was an undergraduate assistant in the Florida State Cognitive Psychology Laboratory where she worked with her professors to design and run experiments for data collection and publication.
Elizabeth has experience working with children outside of the educational environment as well. She has spent summers as a camp counselor, taught dance classes at a local studio and volunteers regularly at Palmetto Health Children's Hospital. Elizabeth is enthusiastic about her return to Columbia and looks forward to continuing her work with children.
At The Price Group, Elizabeth is our intake specialist and also assists Dr. Chesno with the psychometric testing. In addition, Elizabeth helps coordinate the information flow between parents and schools.
