Anne Wilzbacher, LPC

Parent Coach & Clinician

Anne Wilzbacher is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience walking alongside and supporting adolescents, young adults, and families through complex treatment journeys and life’s most challenging transitions.

With a background in wilderness therapy, transitional living, and clinical care, Anne understands the complexity and emotional weight families carry. She began her career as a field guide and later founded and directed Emerald Arrow, a nationally recognized young adult wilderness program, giving her a unique, inside perspective on treatment and change.

Anne’s approach is rooted in psychodynamic theory and integrates Brainspotting, DBT, somatic work, and mindfulness-based practices. She supports people building self-awareness and tools to be effective, connected, and bold in their actions. She helps parents better understand relational patterns, strengthen connection, communicate more effectively, and stay anchored through uncertainty.

Known for her direct yet deeply caring style, Anne brings both clinical depth and real-world experience to high-stakes, emotionally charged situations. She values collaboration and believes that meaningful, lasting change happens when families feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout the process.
