Lauren Hall

Director of Operations

Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communication with a Minor in Business from Pennsylvania State University. Following graduation, due to her innate abilities to plan, organize and coordinate, she quickly found her niche in operations. For the past 17 years, Lauren has worked in a variety of operations positions in such industries as manufacturing, transportation, real estate, and healthcare.

Lauren was born in Hong Kong, and lived there for the first nine years of her life. She moved with her family to Philadelphia where she lived for 20 years. She now resides in Franklin, Tennessee. Lauren is an avid reader of anything from historical fiction to fantasy to non-fiction narratives. She also enjoys camping, skiing, kayaking, and traveling.
